At the beginning there was an exceedingly huge tuna, a super laid-back Tim Mälzer...
…and a splendid location in the middle of Hamburg. A portrait from Tim Mälzer’s restaurant „Die Gute Botschaft“ and the professional preparation of a massive tuna. With the short time-frame of this production and the challenging working conditions in a professional kitchen during the evening peak hours, this for sure was one of my most absorbing assignments in my career. At the end I got a big fish in fractions in front of my lens, a great picture output and a lasting experience.
